OIL DELIVERIES PLACED THROUGH THIS SYSTEM CANNOT BE CANCELLED AS THEY’RE AUTOMATICALLY DISPATCHED TO THE DRIVERS.

We CANNOT cancel deliveries when the driver is already at your address. If you cancel when the driver is at your address, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If payment for the cancellation fee is not received within 10 business days, the account will be forwarded to collection.
